
HISTORY
Morgan-Lee Supply has been in business in the Dalton,
Georgia area for over 30 years.
During that time the company has grown from a small two person supply house
operation to a strong customer
driven industrial supply distributor. For over 8 years the company has been
owned and operated by the
present owners. In 1999 the company moved into the new present facility which
almost doubled the available warehouse space.
MISSION
It is our mission at Morgan-Lee Supply to provide the best products and
service available to our
customers at a fair and competitive price. By adhering to this practice, our
goal is to increase our
business volume and market share in our operating market place.
MORGAN-LEE VALUE ADDED
There are many ways that Morgan-Lee can provide value
services for our customers
other than the value found in our quality products. Some of the areas in which
we have
assisted our customers are as follows:
PRODUCT TRAINING PROGRAMS
Morgan-Lee Supply has a training room designed
specifically for in-house seminars or schools
for the various products offered. We can also arrange for our suppliers to
conduct training at a customer location.
Safety meetings concerning the proper application of fuses and engineering up
dates for
variable frequency drives are two examples of classes which have been conducted
at customer facilities.
PRODUCT STANDARDIZATION PROGRAM
We and vendor factory personnel, if necessary, will come
to your facility and work with your personnel
to investigate methods of standardizing on a particular product line. Fuses and
valves are very good products
to have on a standardization program. For example, there are many different
brands and types of fuses that
can be used in an application. It is possible to specify one fuse that can
replace several, thereby reducing inventory,
increasing safety and saving money.
ORDER SHIPMENT
For any order of stock material received before 3:00PM
EST, every effort will be made to deliver those items
in the local area on that same day. Next day air shipments are targeted for
before noon delivery. Emergency
requirements are expedited to get material to the customer in the minimum time
possible. We have five delivery
trucks to better accommodate the requirements of our customers.
PERSONAL SERVICE
Your telephone call will be answered by a real person who
is concerned about getting you the
information you need. Our staff, including inside sales, outside sales and sales
support, has many years
experience in this industry and can help solve most problems that arise. If the
problem is beyond our expertise,
we will get factory support to assist us in solving your problem to your
satisfaction.
